UP 19 ATTACK F YEAH

I was EV training my shiny event Entei a few months back, and after beating a bunch of Magikarps with the Power Bracer on (err, at least I think it's the Power Bracer; I always get confused which one's which) I got a 19+ on attack after just one level. I seriously freaked. But it was a good freak. Ahh, the rewards of EV training. C:

Now I'm training it in speed, which is harder for me because I can't seem to find a good spot for training speed EVs. I figured caves would work, but... I can't stand Zubats. Golbats are okay, but the place that I find Golbats in are accompanied by a plethora of Onix and Gravelers. DO NOT WANT. ._.;;
